The water comes from a source belonging to the distillery and is filtered through a reverse osmosis process to ensure the best demineralization and the suppression of flavors. To obtain the most sparkling and durable bubbles, Le Tribute uses the latest technologies to refresh the liquid at 2°C until a perfect balance between freshness and “Fizziness” is achieved to sublimate cocktails.
